DispatchMon is an automated software application that provides an in-depth look into what is running on your processors. It allows users to monitor and analyze the dispatcher (or scheduler) of the Windows kernel executive, which is responsible for scheduling units of execution among available processors. Units of execution can include threads, interrupt service routines (ISRs), and deferred procedure calls (DPCs).
